![Steve-O has said that he is โashamed to have whey proteinโ as โan animal guy.โ
The stunt performer made the comments during a conversation with YouTuber Mike Varshavski, aka Doctor Mike, during an episode of the podcast Steve-Oโs Wild Ride!
During his interview with Doctor Mike, Steve-O describes his โalarming addictionโ to Barebells protein bars. He estimates that he eats from two to four per day, and says the low sugar content is compatible with his โvery low sugar diet.โ
Steve-O says, โItโs a lot of bars,โ and adds, โIโm ashamed to admit that itโs whey protein, and as an animal guy, [โฆ] Iโm not a vegan anymore, but like Iโm pescatarian and so whey is not pescatarian, but like I canโt help it. Theyโre that delicious.โ](https://s6.imginn.com/843760767_18638919706057258_3032213642043957277_n.jpg?t51.82787-15/843760767_18638919706057258_3032213642043957277_n.jpg?stp=dst-jpg_e35_p720x720_tt6&_nc_cat=102&ig_cache_key=NDAwNTcxMjU3MzI5NDcyOTU0Mw%3D%3D.3-ccb7-5&ccb=7-5&_nc_sid=58cdad&efg=eyJ2ZW5jb2RlX3RhZyI6IkNBUk9VU0VMX0lURU0ueHBpZHMuMTA4MC5zZHIucmVndWxhcl9waG90by5DMyJ9&_nc_ohc=oCc_KdrNvRwQ7kNvwGJsW55&_nc_oc=AdrpFsxzdG5YOQ9ukbHtyOEx8xBkUm_oGZOS82STAhixXx-nl3-17rpGgAl0Mlbe28Qe5Gug-GatBEKNleuh7k40&_nc_zt=23&_nc_ht=scontent-mia5-1.cdninstagram.com&_nc_gid=HYPFxw87ML64ezq0CiInjA&_nc_ss=70689&oh=00_AQMLCt76wVVrTlCULKT-ypUEai5zGZ5hKtiEgvkcygJ_Ug&oe=6AD687B5)
