Что делать с голубями в центре Костаная?🕊️ Вроде птица мира, а ведет себя некультурно. Очевидно, что результаты жизнедеятельности голубей портят облик нашего и других городов. Также эта птица является переносчиком более 90 возбудителей заболеваний. Постоянное подкармливание приводит к перенаселению птиц, таких как голуби, которые перестают искать пищу самостоятельно. Это нарушает их естественное поведение и может нанести вред экосистеме города. В Казахстане прямого запрета на кормление птиц нет, но такие действия могут наказываться по статье 505 КоАП РК («Нарушение правил благоустройства населенных пунктов»), если кормление приводит к загрязнению территории остатками пищи или мусором. Первое нарушение: предупреждение или штраф до 20 МРП (месячных расчётных показателей), что составляет около 86 500 тенге (по состоянию на 2026 год).  Повторное нарушение: штраф до 30 МРП, то есть порядка 129 750 тенге. На сегодня я не видел, чтобы по этой статье в Костанае кого-то привлекали. Или хотя бы ходили и предупреждали. Или чтобы таблички какие-то установили в общественных местах.
