WHAT A YEAR! 🔥🤯 The 2026 season and the Banana Bowl was willllddd! When I said yes to being part of the Firefighters and the Banana Ball universe… I had no idea how much I would enjoy it… How much I’d learn and how many insanely talented people I would meet along the way! For however much blood, sweat and stress it was to make all the travel and shows happen… I got back 10 fold in love from the fanbase, the cast, the crew and the teams! Thankful for every one of you who encouraged me along the way, made custom gifts and made me feel like part of the Banana Ball family. Truly so kind. The fans first spirit is something I’ll carry forward into my own artistry and music career forever. 🧡🙏🏻 Surrender to God’s plan and He will blow your mind EVERY TIME. Love yall. It’s not goodbye just…See you soon! #Bananaball #BananaBowl #ThankYou

Want to build a stronger back? 💪🏼 Start by working towards your first pull-up! Once you've mastered one, aim for two, then three, and keep building from there 👏🏼 I started off unable to do a single one, but years of consistency and practice have got me to 10! 🔥 Be patient with yourself because pull-ups are HARD! It took me months to get my first one, and even when you can do a few, some weeks you'll manage more reps than others. That's completely normal! One of the best things about pull-ups is that you don't need fancy equipment or a complicated setup. Most gyms have a pull-up bar, making them a great exercise to add to your training! 🙌🏼 It can be frustrating at times, but stay consistent and don't give up. Progress isn't always linear, so celebrate the little wins, trust the process and enjoy the journey! 🩷 Fuelled by @myprotein Outfit from @myprotein #pullups #back #backday #mpactivewear #myprotein
