Why Do Revolutionaries March? In January 1917, Lenin looked back at a revolution that had failed twelve years earlier and said it was the reason the next one would win. He was talking about 1905 — the crowds, the soviets, the barricades, all of it crushed. But the Tsar's victory was hollow, because the movement had learned something the repression couldn't take back: how to move together, organize together, and govern together. That's what a demonstration actually is. Not a petition with footsteps. A rehearsal. The catch? Rehearsals only matter if the play eventually opens. A march that never escalates teaches the wrong lesson — that the system responds to pressure. It doesn't. It responds to power. Which of these do you think movements get wrong most often: the marching, or the morning after? 🚩 Sources for the curious: Lenin's "Lecture on the 1905 Revolution," Rosa Luxemburg's "The Mass Strike". #Marxism #Marxist #Lenin #Leninism #Socialism #Communism #Leftist #Leftism #ClassStruggle #LaborHistory #RussianRevolution #1905 #OctoberRevolution #RosaLuxemburg #PoliticalTheory
Summer is speaking out amid the ongoing Baddies USA Chapter 3 filming drama, calling out the cast for allegedly being too friendly with one another instead of bringing the drama to camera! In a series of story posts, Summer questioned why the girls were supposed to be filming but were still handling conversations behind the scenes, only to show up and say they had already discussed everything off camera. She called the behavior “clown sh*t” and claimed it’s no wonder fans think the show is scripted, ending with a bold demand that “30 baddies gotta go.” Chileee, Summer is clearly not feeling how things are playing out this season! Do y’all agree with Summer, or should the girls be allowed to settle things off camera?
