Tell me if this sounds familiar. You wake up early or stay up late because those are the only hours you have. You clock into a job that takes more than it gives right now because you need the income and the stability. And then you come home, open your phone, and try to create something. You are trying to be consistent. You are trying to show up on every platform. You are trying to keep up with the emails and the pitches. All while doing the work of three people with no one refilling your cup. And somewhere along the way you thought to yourself: why does nobody talk about how genuinely hard this is? Not hard like complaining. Hard like physically demanding and mentally depleting at the same time. Hard like the only thing keeping you going is the belief in what you are building and the fact that you know you add value. This episode is for you. The Messy Middle drops Tuesday. Comment MEALS below and I’ll send you a free PDF with all of these recipes!! If your goal is to go from skinny fat to toned, your workouts matter but your nutrition matters more. Here are some fun high-protein meals that helped me lose 25 lbs, without feeling like I was stuck eating plain chicken, rice, and broccoli every day. As the biggest foodie ever, I knew I needed meals I actually looked forward to eating. Getting creative in the kitchen made staying consistent SO much easier, and that’s what ultimately changed my body. Bc the truth is, you don’t need to suffer through boring meals to see results. You just need meals that fit your calorie/macro goals and your lifestyle. 🤏🏼
