These are some cool things I found in a vintage newspaper from the 1950s. I made them into pngs and added them to my favorite background.

I didn’t choose natural supplements because they were trendy.

I chose them because they worked with my body.

As a 54 year old nurse, I want to be clear. I am not against HRT. For many women it is absolutely the right choice and I fully support that decision.

But for me personally, I wanted to support my body’s own ability to produce hormones naturally first.

Here is what most people do not realize.

In perimenopause and even into post menopause, your body still has the ability to produce estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. It just needs the right support to do it.

That is exactly what drew me to Ever Balance.

Two clinically studied natural ingredients that work with your body’s own signaling system to restore estrogen, progesterone and testosterone to optimal levels for this stage of life. No synthetic hormones. No prescription.

Hot flashes gone.

Night sweats gone.

Sleeping through the night.

Mood stable.

Libido back.

Feeling like myself again at 54.

That is what natural hormone support actually looks like.

💜 Comment BALANCE and I will send you the information. Follow @menopause.nurse so I can send it directly.

If you do not see it right away check your message requests folder. #bloomcreator @bloomsupps

Eight months of hard work, ruined by pollution once again! 😔💔 Bittu Tabahi worked tirelessly to clean the Ajnar River in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh, but keeping our rivers clean is everyone’s responsibility. 🌱 Let’s protect our rivers and keep them pollution-free! 🙏🌍
