After careful, intentional consideration, I am choosing to complete this chapter of BIG Power Yoga.
As you can imagine, after almost 13 years of serving Houston and beyond, this was a big decision, and for me, it is time to step into a new season. I am creating something new, which I will share later today, and for now, I want to honor BIG!
I am filled with so many emotions as I honor what my body and soul know are my next correct step, and the most prominent ones are deep love and gratitude for you and what we have co-created and experienced together these past 12+ years.

BIG’s last classes will be on Saturday, November 30th. Our last two weeks of classes will be about celebration, completion, and gratitude for all we have co-created. Come sweat with us, and maybe even experience a little “eye-sweat,” as we call tears at BIG.
All drop-ins will be $10 through Nov 30, so come practice and bring your crew so we can hug you! Check your email inbox to see how this impacts your memberships, class packs, etc.

Omg I miss big I moved and stopped attending for classes but during my year that I took classes I’ve never felt as healthy and relaxed mentally as I did while attending. Amazing forever!

Stepping through the doors of BIG for the first time was daunting. Yoga was not something that I thought I could do, but I soon learned I am stronger than I gave myself credit for. OMG!! BIG has had such a huge impact on my life and my yoga - all the way from Steamboat, through the pandemic to here and beyond. I am so sad but also excited to watch what happens next. 👏💕
