Wedding Font's that every Designer should have ✨️

#GraphicDesign #Design #Fonts #Photoshop

Earlier this year, I got 3D scanned for a @dittoform, and she just arrived! This dressmaker form is custom made from my body scan from a pin-able foam with a soft fabric cover, and it’s going to make patterning costumes and clothing SO much easier going forward!

I have made do with mass produced dress forms for years and even padded them to be closer to my body shape, but I always have to make fit adjustments when I drape garments. For example, one of my shoulders slopes so I have to adjust patterns slightly even after draping them on a dress form.

@dittoform is a small business where every form is made with care and nuance, and its owned and operated by a fellow sewist. I felt comfortable being 3D scanned by Carol, the owner, because I knew she would take care of my files and turn them into a dress form.

I’m very excited to use this @dittoform in my future costume and garment making, and cut down on the times I have to contort to pin or mark something on myself lol!

Thanks so much to Carol and @dittoform, I’m fired up to sew today!! Gonna make a new mockup!!

ROASTED TOMATO SOUP 🍅🍲 🇺🇸

Asalaamu'alaikum, olà and boa tarde all. Good afternoon, it's that time of the week for throwback Thursday 🙏

I have been enjoying comforting meals this Autumn 🍂 homemade soups are a must this season. Cosy, inviting, filling and enough to feed a whole family and then some.

The popularity of roasted tomato soup boomed in the late 19th century in America with the release of Campbells soup company 🥫 in 1987. Making tomato soup commercialsed and recognised world wide.

I remember we had to draw a Campbells soup can for an art lesson when I was ten and that was in 1997!
