I hope I’m growing. I hope I’m not deluding myself when I say “I Love you All”. I’ve never met a person I don’t have nearly every core value and feeling in common with. I’m grateful to have gotten to experience the world and the people on it. I’ve learned that we’re all the most beautiful jewel of light, and veritable photon in the stream of consciousness. This ice-cream is unbelievable, and so is the fact that raw dairy is completely illegal? 😂

Before getting into how I overcome my intolerance and supermarket ice-creams to compare with, this recipe is wildly EASY, extremely nourishing and our current complete obsession. Yes. I use raw dairy. For good reason (just listen to the vid to find out why), but if you can’t access it - you can use what you’ve got 🤎.

A snapshot into how I overcome my intolerance: removing trigger foods, boosting beneficial bacteria via fermented foods and specific probiotics, enhance zinc consumption to heal my gut lining and boost enzyme production (I use Wild Zinc), cleared microbial infections confirmed via testing, time, patience and consistency. I began with ghee, then moved to fermented goats dairy, and now enjoy RAW CREAM 🥹.

And here’s why I make my own ice-cream, beyond the fact that I can use raw cream… here are the ingredients to some of the most popular supermarket ice-creams:

Peters Original Vanilla: Water, reconstituted skim milk, milk solids, sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oil and/or cream/butter, maltodextrin, emulsifiers (477, 471), flavours and vegetable gum (412).

Streets Blue Ribbon Classic Vanilla: Reconstituted buttermilk, cream, milk solids, glucose, sugar, vegetable oils, emulsifiers, guar gum, tara gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan, flavours, colour, maltodextrin and salt.

Bulla Creamy Classics Vanilla: Milk, cream, sugar, water, maltodextrin, milk solids, emulsifier (471), guar gum, carrageenan, flavour and colour.

How gorgeous? Like, why? 🙃
