🚨 THREE TIMES NOW! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! For the third time during this election campaign, my campaign signs have gone missing or been knocked down. This time, at the busy Jane & Finch intersection. What's interesting is that Anthony Peruzza's signs are still standing, while mine are nowhere to be found or are lying on the ground. Is it a coincidence? Maybe. But after three incidents, I have some serious questions. I am not making accusations about who is responsible, but I am calling for fairness, respect, and accountability throughout this election. Every candidate deserves a fair opportunity to have their message seen and heard. Residents deserve an election focused on the issues that matter most, not disappearing campaign signs. You can take down a sign, but you cannot erase 20 years of community service, dedication, and commitment to the people of Humber River–Black Creek. My focus remains on the residents of Ward 7 and bringing the change our community deserves. 🗳️ October 26 — Vote Amanda Coombs! #VoteAmandaCoombs #Ward7 #HumberRiverBlackCreek #FairElections #CommunityFirst
One last photo with Osaka’s Glico Man? 😭🫡 The current Glico sign in Dotonbori will finish its run at the end of November 2026, with renovation work beginning in December. This isn’t a permanent goodbye. A new seventh generation sign is planned for spring 2027, and the iconic Glico runner will remain part of it 🇯🇵 For many visitors, posing with those raised arms is part of an Osaka trip. If you want a photo with the current version, make time before the end of November. Have you taken your Glico Man photo yet? And do you think, the next one will be as iconic as the current one? Every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday night for nine weeks, eight musicians and two backup dancers join Harry Styles on stage to perform a two-hour show at the most famous arena in the world, Madison Square Garden. Among them is Laura Bibbs, a 29-year-old trumpet player and composer who not only supports Styles’ band, but sings a moving rendition of his hit “Sweet Creature” midway through the show. After seeing the show, we were blown away by her incredible talent—and also, her incredible curls. Of course, we had to find out all of the details. Head to the link in bio to read our interview with Bibbs and see her exclusive photo diary from the day of Styles’ October 7 show. Photos: Anthony Pham, Laura Bibbs
