Have you ever heard of a Nutria ?!

They are also called coypu! They are technically rodents, but they are absolutely fascinating to watch 😅

✨ We were taking a stroll along The Vltava River in Prague (right next to Charles Bridge) when we saw a commotion by the water! A bunch of Nutria were on the shore and people were feeding them bits of carrot and apples! Apparently they frequent this area often because of all the love they get 🍏

✨ We thought it was fascinating to watch! These animals are so comfortable around people that they will literally come up to you and reach up to you for food 🤣

‼️ We don’t recommend touching them.. and we’re not sure how they play a role in the ecosystem of this area, but we thought they were so funny!!

Let us know if you know anything fun or interesting about these creatures !!

They are cute but actually are an invasive species in Prague! Better not to feed them 😂
