SHORT BOX ABS & HAMSTRINGS! 💪🏻🔥 A little change in box placement can make a BIG difference! Placing the short box in front of the footbar means you’re already working against spring tension, so keep that in mind when choosing your springs. I’m on one blue spring here. I love this setup for a few reasons! First, it gives you the option to work on your forearms, which can be a great modification for those with shoulder issues. The box sits slightly lower than the footbar, which may feel more comfortable and supported. Then we move into that hamstring bridge! Push out against the spring, then resist the pull as you bring the carriage back in. It’s all about control, resistance and finding variations that work for the body in front of you. Would you try this variation? Thoughts? Want to do the FULL workout with me? Join me on @pilatesbarreondemand! Comment TRIAL below and we’ll send you a link to try it for FREE!
