🇺🇸 One of the fastests shots I have seen in my guiding life!
Day two of our Gredos ibex hunt we found the herd we were looking for. Herd with a giant Gredos ibex in it. After a perfect approach we got to place ourselves 320 yards from them. Slowly the ibex came out of the thick cover through an open rock side to cross to another thick cover area. It was a game a patience for the giant to come out. Our hunter was ready to shoot hoping the ibex we were looking for to follow the group through the path on the rocks. Minutes passed and no sign of him. It was then when one of my guides realised the two older and bigger ibex had tacken a different path. We had to run a couple hundread yards to a new shooting position. The one and only opportunity this giant gave us, was tacken with a MEGA fast and accurate shot by our friend and hunter @ericmontague34 . Good job sir!!
🇪🇸 ¡¡Uno de los lances más rápidos que he visto!! El día dos de nuestra cacería en Gredos localizamos el grupo donde días atrás habíamos localizado un gigante. Les hicimos una buena entrada y nos pusimos a unos 300 metros. El grupo salía de lo espeso, cruzaba la pedrera y se metía en otro espeso. Estábamos bien colocados para el lance y solo tocaba espera. Pasaban los minutos y el gigante no salía. Fue entonces cuando uno de nuestros guías de dio cuenta que los dos machos más viejos habían tomado otra senda. Nos tocó correr unos dos cientos metros y recolocarnos. La única oportunidad que nos dio el gigante la aprovechó nuestro amigo y cazador Eric con un lance perfecto. ¡¡Enhorabuena amigo!!
