As a woman who’s received her fair share of criticism about what she wears, let me share something I’ve learned at 53… We are DONE shrinking ourselves to make other people comfortable. ❤️ Wear the shorts. Wear the sports bra. Wear the matching set. Wear whatever makes YOU feel confident, strong and good in your own skin. To the gym. To dinner. To the grocery store. Wherever. Your body is not up for public debate, and your wardrobe doesn’t require anyone else’s approval. We’ve spent far too many years being told how we should look, what we should wear, what’s appropriate, what’s too revealing, and how women of a certain age should dress. We’re not here to make everyone else comfortable. We’re here to live our lives, feel good about ourselves and show up confidently as the women we are. PERIOD. And one last thing, ladies… Don’t ever let people with zero magic make you question yours. ✨❤️ And if you’re ready to start feeling stronger, more confident and empowered in your own skin, I’d love to help you get there. Comment BETTER and I’ll send you my blueprint to building strength, confidence and feeling your absolute best at any age. 💪🏼❤️ #fitover50 #strengthtraining #fitnessmotivation #bodyconfidence #ootd
