YOUR 11OZ BOTTLES ARE SO HARD TO IPEN WE HAVE TO USE A WRENCH!! IM SO SERIOUS. EVEN MY BOYDRIEND AND HIS DAD TOOK TURNS TO GWT THEM OPEN AND THEY TAKE THE SKIN OFF YOUR PALM TRYING TO DO SO. THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING THE LAST FEE MONTHS. WHATS UP????????

Gatorade has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. It takes days to get a simple email response. They simply do not care about the customer or fixing their mistakes. I will never order another product from this company. Everyone should avoid ordering from them.

Can yall please make the mini 8 packs of Gatorade easier to open. Yall put the caps so tight now my elderly ssa can't get them open lately and they never use to be like that. Please fix it.
