It’s taken me a while to feel comfortable to share this with you because I think medication is highly personal and there are quite polarised opinions on it for ADHD, so be nice - this is my experience and my personal circumstances and I’m glad I gave it a go but it’s not for me

and to anyone else reading this wanting to fix/cure themselves of adhd - you don’t need to (and you can’t). It’s taken me over a year to start understanding that 🤍
