From it's origins as the ancient pagan festival of Samhain, more than 2,000 years ago, to the trick-or-treating fun of today. Traditions that began centuries ago have evolved and combined into the celebration we know today as Halloween. In countries like the United States, it is a really popular holiday, with lots of treats, pumpkins, spooky costumes. And in recent years, the spirit of Halloween has become evermore popular in the UK.
