The light of my life was brought into my world this week.

Our son Miles was born healthy and perfect and we are so happy.

finally got to try the famous mugwort herbal feminine steaming in Korea! I wasn’t too familiar with this practice, which also called yoni steaming, but now I’m curious to try it more often🤭🇰🇷

I went to 📍Ehwala Spa in Gangnam! (ty @skincarewithyuri and @namvo for introducing it to me hehe)

*psa, if you’re gonna try this I definitely recommend doing this last in the day as the herbal smell is quite strong and can get to your hair and clothes after🤭
