The Jio IPO may be about creating history in the world of business, but I will always remember this event with two lessons close to my heart. โค๏ธ The first was Isha Ambani. In a world where luxury is often defined by Gucci, LV, or Armani, seeing her embrace Indian attire so gracefully was a beautiful reminder that our own culture is luxury, too. I hope that one day, I get to wear a suit from my own brand at my own IPO, carrying our heritage with the same pride. โœจ The second is a heartfelt thank you to Shri Mukesh Ambani Ji. Thank you for giving your daughter such a prominent space at an occasion of this magnitude. It sends a powerful message to Indian fathers: a daughter can build, lead, and carry forward a business empire of her own โ€” even after marriage. Her dreams and capabilities do not become smaller when she enters a new chapter of life. Two beautiful takeaways: a daughter who wears her culture with pride, and a father who gives her the space to lead. Someday, I hope to create my own little piece of history, too. โค๏ธ #JioIPO #MukeshAmbani #IshaAmbani #WomenInBusiness #WomenLeadership IndianCulture WomenEntrepreneurs TanyaMittal SaadgiByTanya
One of the sweetest little details about Disney hugs ๐Ÿฅนโค๏ธ Disney characters often let children decide when a hug ends, giving every little fan the chance to enjoy the magical moment for as long as they want. Sometimes, itโ€™s the smallest gestures that mean the most. Via: @nikkifarrisclark #pubity #viral

Youโ€™re trying to heal your gutโ€ฆ while doing theseโ€ฆ even loss of self- worth aloneโ€ฆ itโ€™s NOT gonna happen if your body doesnโ€™t feel its safe! ๐Ÿ”ฅComment GUT for my FREE gut healing masterclass ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ ALL of my courses are now on SALE- linked in story and bio ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ 1. Gluten โ†’ inflammation, glyphosate exposure, stripped nutrients 2. Popcorn โ†’ hard to digest, irritates an already damaged gut lining 3. Apple cider vinegar โ†’ too harsh when HCL is already low (you donโ€™t fix acid by adding more randomly) 4. Air fryer โ†’ oxidized fats + non-stick/teflon chemicals youโ€™re reheating daily 5. Tap water โ†’ chlorine, heavy metalsโ€ฆ slowly disrupting your microbiome 6. Excess protein (biggest fear- mongering marketing lie) โ†’ fermentation, bloating, stress on digestion if this wasnโ€™t true EVERYONE would be healed with the amount of protein obsession in 2026. When something doesnโ€™t make sense itโ€™s time for a different approach! 7. Processed food โ†’ zero nutrients, high irritation, constant inflammation 8. Alcohol โ†’ destroys gut lining, feeds dysbiosis 9. Seed oils โ†’ oxidized, inflammatory, everywhere 10. Stress โ†’ shuts down digestion, lowers stomach acid, blocks healing completely And then you wonder why: youโ€™re bloated youโ€™re reactive youโ€™re exhausted nothing is working Now THIS is what actually helps ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ 1. Sun (circadian rhythm) โ†’ regulates your entire system 2. Repair diet (I created it) โ†’ Actually rebuilding your gut, not by avoiding but eating to heal 3. Laughter โ†’ nervous system shifts = digestion turns back on 4. Aloe (important how its used) โ†’ soothes and repairs gut lining 5. Exercise โ†’ supports digestion + happy chemicals (not extreme training) 6. Quality sleep โ†’ where healing actually happens 7. Self-worth โ†’ The root cause of most gut issues 8. Peppermint tea โ†’ calms and supports digestion 9. Clean water โ†’ your body runs on it 10. Community โ†’ sense of belonging= healing Your gut doesnโ€™t heal from one supplement. It heals when: ๐Ÿ‘‰ you remove whatโ€™s constantly damaging it ๐Ÿ‘‰ and finally give your body what it actually needs ๐Ÿ’Œ Comment GUT and
