It’s heartening to see that @justinhgross talks about “employers” (markets) and not just research. Having a market focus will really help the program strengthen its ground for future. It’s critical to bring out the learning of the fantastic and superlative DACSS program to the real world with practical applications rather than just researching that may or may not create impact. This program really bridges the gap between industry and academia. Way to go UMASS DACSS!!
