🎃 Halloween Rat 🎃 🖤 this little guy was made for my Spookiest, Halloween loving friend for her birthday yesterday 🖤 🥀 if you guys like Halloween Rat, I can make another this weekend to Right to Buy on Monday, just let me know if you’re into that 🥀 ❌ do not copy or replicate my art ❌
20-30 min?! I can work with that!! 🔥 (you’ll want to save this!) I used to think a workout only counted i could carve out an hour+, but now I care about building fitness during the life constraints I have of 3 little kids and a busy schedule— it means hour-long sessions will get skipped at this phase of life. Sometimes going back to the basics of strength & well-rounded fitness can tick every box: 🤝 20-30 minutes 🤝 Simple, effective moves with a sprinkle of heart health and bone density benefits 🤝 Dumbbells at home 🤝 Progressive overload, so the weights bump up and build over time . 10 per side b stance split squat 12 squat to upright row 16 deadbug lat pullover 1 min fast jump rope (heart & bones matter too!) 8 burpee or pushup variation of choice . It really can be that simple and resistance training you can follow on your own terms, from your living room or basement does exist. If you’re a busy mom who wants to get stronger, be able to run around with your kids and build capacity for the future as well, save this for your next workout . Follow along and comment “20” 👇if you want to know how I structure my week and need a lower body & core session to try! 💪🏼
The warmest of welcome at @FinchHattons, our newest @VirginLimitedEdition property in Kenya. In case you can’t tell, I was just a little bit excited to be there and to see everyone. The definition of a dream team.
We have a little problem… we don’t want to leave. 😂🌴🤍 Some places just make you feel like you could stay forever, and @SeascapeSanur is definitely one of them! Beautiful vibes, the sweetest little details, and mornings that make you forget what day it is. 🥥✨ If you’re planning a trip to Bali, save this place. You can thank us later! 😏💜
