When I find something that genuinely helps with my lower back pain WHILE lowering my stress, I stick with it! 3 years ago when I dealt with back pain so debilitating I could barely walk, I lay in bed on my Pranamat for 10–15 minutes every morning to get blood flowing, reduce my pain, and loosen my tight muscles. When I tore a tendon in my calf last year, my PT encouraged me to use my Pranamat for recovery bc “it gets blood flow to the site and speeds up healing.” Now, I lie on my mat in bed when my back feels stiff and sore, or I just need to release tension and relax. (Plus! I take it with me when I travel—it just traveled with me to New England!) Shaun loves it, and Honor asks to lie on it every time he sees me on it. If you’re looking for relief from pain or a way to lower stress (or a meaningful gift for someone else who needs the same—it’s fantastic for folks with very physical jobs)… ✨✨comment RELIEF, and I’ll send you the link to Pranamat’s better than Black Friday sale.✨✨ (Use code MISFORMAMA at checkout)
