I feel honored and humbled to have the opportunity to celebrate such incredible and inspirational people (both pictured and not). I remember our conversation in studio about the desire to create a group and safe space for all of us freelance gals, and you made it all come to fruition with such passion. Love and gratitude to you and all of gals guild! 💞

Really driving home that affordability message before the midterms

While on #TikTok live with her mom, #KimKardashian, North told viewers not to judge her based on her style, grills or piercings, making it clear that her appearance doesn’t define what she believes.

Pumpkin Protein Muffins

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of oats
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 11/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs or ¼ cup of unsweetened applesauce
- 3 Tbsp of honey or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a muffin tin.
2. Blend oats into flour, then add to a bowl with protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs (applesauce), honey (maple syrup), milk, and vanilla.
4. Add the wet into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
5. Divide into muffin tin and bake for 17 mins, until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let cool and enjoy!
