When thinking about what to write for this caption about the year I just experienced as my 37th trip around the sun came to a close it made me look back on the last 365 days and realize how much I had actually gone through to get to be the woman I am today. I had both of my Grandmas pass away this year within 9 months of each other, 2 of my dearest kitties go to kitty heaven within a month of each other (twin souls), I became a Realtor, went back to Montreal to visit family I hadn’t seen in over 15 years, another trip to Malibu of course, time spent in Vancouver with my friends and family & inner growth that definitely didn’t happen over night. Somethings you just can’t explain when the cosmos align and you finally see your hard work manifesting into the life you’ve always wanted to live, it’s been quite a ride this year. I am so grateful for each and every experience, some definitely tougher than others to equalize back to centre, but one thing I never did was give up. You just gotta keep on going, rest is necessary & vital, which I never hesitate to give myself the gift of rest & relaxation when I know I need it, however in life you have to keep going. Keep the faith. Keep the vibes high. Keep the ones who love you & forget the rest. Keep all of the memories in your heart of the loved ones that are no longer here & feel joy having gotten to experience life with them along side you. It’s not about an easy life, but a full one. Full of love, courage, growth, passion, rebirth. peace, creativity, clarity, understanding & perspective. My perspective on life has changed so much this year & my mindset is my greatest asset. As 38 begins I feel like my life is coming full circle of my dreams aligning into reality and colliding with my day to day life. It’s magical, it’s fulfilling & I’m excited to see what Lucky #38 has in store for me.
