Be so disciplined looks like madness ….. against your comfort……. Results Require Routine 💫💫💫💫💫

Could your tight neck muscles be contributing to a puffy face, double chin, and more noticeable wrinkles? 👀

Meet your sternocleidomastoid (SCM) the muscle that runs along each side of your neck, from behind your ear down to your collarbone and sternum.

Your SCM plays an important role in head movement and posture, but when it becomes chronically tight, it may contribute to more than just neck discomfort!

Here’s why 👇

💧 Facial puffiness & fluid retention: Your neck contains important lymphatic vessels that help drain fluid from your face and head. Tight muscles and poor posture may influence how these tissues move, although we don’t have strong evidence that SCM tightness directly blocks lymph drainage.

💧 Double chin & rounded face: Forward head posture can change the appearance of your jawline and neck, making fullness under your chin more noticeable. Actual fluid retention can also contribute to facial fullness.

💧 Wrinkles & skin creases: Constantly looking down or holding your head forward can accentuate neck folds and skin creases over time..

💧 Neck tension & headaches: Tight SCM muscles can contribute to restricted neck movement and referred discomfort in the head and face.

So what can you do?

✨ Stretch your SCM: Try this gentle release on each side, 1–2 times daily (60 sec each side), especially if you spend a lot of time looking down at your phone or computer.

✨ Work on your posture: Bring your screen to eye level, keep your shoulders relaxed, and practice gently bringing your head back over your shoulders instead of letting it drift forward.

✨ Take movement breaks: Every 30–60 minutes, change positions, move your shoulders, and gently turn your head from side to side.

✨ Support lymphatic drainage: Gentle neck movement, diaphragmatic breathing, and your regular lymphatic drainage routine can help support normal fluid movement.

Remember: Stretching your neck is only part of the equation, you also need to address posture. Check out my last video on posture 😉

I did, and I’ve never loved myself more! After each pregnancy and each baby, I’ve grown to love and appreciate my body even more. Not for how it looks, but for everything it’s done and the life it’s created. 🤍

SPOT WHAT’S MISSING! 🔍

Remember those childhood games where two pictures looked exactly the same, but something was secretly missing?

We’re bringing that nostalgia back—with an artistic twist!

This time, we’re putting your observation skills to the test with Vincent van Gogh’s iconic masterpiece, The Starry Night (1889).

Five tiny details have disappeared. They’re subtle, cleverly hidden, and definitely not easy to spot!

At Desizn Circle, we believe that great design begins with great observation. The ability to notice what others overlook is what makes a designer think differently.

👀 Your challenge: Study both images, find all five missing details, and tell us how many you spotted!

Can you find all 5 without zooming in?

Comment your score out of 5! 👇
