Shake out ✅ new route was awesome as it brought us through the bendang.
REPC ✅ smooth like butter. In and Out in less than 10 mins.
RACE Day ✅😖 Nothing the organisers did wrong, I had a bad stomach ache the night before and lost plenty of sleep and fluids. I didn’t think it was “serious” enough for me to DNS. Made my way to the starting point with the target of just finishing.
Hometeam Vibe ✅ The sight of #hometeam gave a sense of relief that race mode was switched on. Ran through the pain and fear of a possible pitstops, all was going to plan until the churning began again 😆. Took my foot off the gas and cruised my way back. Overall, another great event organized by @langkawirunners @lihm.official and this is only their 3rd edition. They can only get better from here is my opinion.
Special shoutout to team @projek59.00 for smashing their PBs, a podium finish and of course providing the support to everyone around to do better! Congratulations guys!
