I think we’re so used to seeing everyone’s highlight reel that we forget life is meant to have seasons. These are my 5 highs and 5 lows for the month. Psychologically, we’re wired to compare and it’s easy to mistake someone else’s good moments for their whole reality.

Maybe the goal isn’t to avoid the lows, but to learn to ride the waves without letting them define your whole story.
You can be grateful and still struggle, have the best moments and the hardest days and love your life without loving every part of it.
Any spelling mistakes zip it. Mami is sick 🤒

Eggs are a highly nutritious food that provides high-quality protein, vitamins, and minerals. 💪 They help build and repair muscles, support brain function, maintain healthy bones, and keep the body strong. Eggs also contain vitamin B12, vitamin D, choline, and other essential nutrients. 🧠🥚 Market eggs are generally produced on poultry farms where hens are raised in controlled environments with proper feed, clean water, lighting, and veterinary care. 🐔🌾 Hens naturally produce eggs through their reproductive system, and an egg can develop even without mating with a rooster. Most eggs sold for eating are unfertilized, which means they cannot develop into chicks. 🥚 Eggs form inside the hen's body, where the yolk develops first, followed by the egg white, membranes, and hard shell. The eggs are then collected, checked for quality, cleaned or processed according to local food-safety practices, packaged, and transported to shops and markets. 🚜📦 Commercial egg production does not mean that eggs are artificially manufactured in factories; they are naturally produced by hens on farms. Choosing clean, uncracked eggs and cooking them properly helps reduce the risk of foodborne illness. 🍳✅ #protienshake #nutrition #superfood #healtydiet #calories
