That persisting feeling when your head is empty &&' full at the exact same time. I'm so frickin' exhausted, overwhelmed af, that's tiring to the bones. That pure exhaustion makes me unable to move or do things, even the things i loved the absolute most. Simultaneously i'm so bloody restless &&' my stoopid lil wobbly blob of flesh captured inside the wandering bone encasing aka brain also is overflown with all kinds of ideas, pictures &&' tons of songs which r playing as a wyld remix of a remix with a mashup in the background on different volume levels. Big yiiikes. Sometimes i beg for my wobbly blob being silent or giving me the chance to function properly. Hello, executive dysfunction. Yes, i tried so many things finding a solution to fix it. As u can already read this .. it didn't work - surprise, surprise! It's so so fookin' hard to accept yourself with that 'flaw' when your brain is differently wired, cuz u're born with another operating system than everyone else. Rly i'm givin my absolutely best. Since i learned that i'm a neurodivergent being, i'm more forgiving &&' have more understanding for myself. It's often pretty hard, but i think the path is getting a lil easier everytime i'm taking a walk on it sometimes, again &&' again. Nothing which is built inside your core for decades can't be remodeled within a blink of an eye. Simple facts.
Healing is not linear, it's often more like a curvy pathway, with many steep slopes &&' sometimes there is a playground nearby where u could relax for a lil while. Never give up - u can do this! When u're not able to rn, it's okay, i'll be here &&' do it for you instead. ♡
