If you could use a bit of magic rn in this still ongoing cold, greyish, sometimes also very wet &&' rainy winter, maybe all you need is a good amount of shiny, vibrant colors around you to brighten up your mood &&' inspire your mind to get on a dream like creative journey for quite a little while.
Winter could be a really tough season for so many of us, who could profit from a small pinch of pixie dust in their ordinary daily lifes in particular. But who else doesn't like getting a little distracted &&' dragged away in another unreal dreamy spaces sometimes?! I think the most of us do &&' need this for their personal wellbeing. It's an essential hooman need! ⭐
.
.
So on sunday noon i went into my local park nearby, for visiting the Winterlichter (Winter Lights 2025) Exhibition at Luisenpark Mannheim. Personally, i'm enjoying this location in summer the most, cuz it was freezin' cold af, but this event was absolutely worth it. The whole area was saturated with so many colorful, bright lights almost everywhere, different kinds of inspiring art, music &&' even a cozy food spot for that wholesome wintermarket atmosphere. A few of this artworks really impressed me so much &&' made me stop &&' think deeper about it.
You really should give this a visit if you could, i can totally recommend it to you.

Do you believe in Aliens? I do! Well, i want to do so, so bad! The hype about extraterrestial life always caught me so hard since i was little. My passion about space, stars, science &&' yes indeed, aliens sparked inside me because i was a svcker for this (yes, it's fake, i know &&' more a mockumentary .. but don't take the joy &&' believe away from me! Don't u dare!! :p) documentaries about ufo sightings &&' ppl talkin' 'bout their encountering with the "third kind". I was tied up to the tv like crazy, holymoly macaroni. Not surprising that i'm so in love with the series Doctor Who :p. The fascination still didn't fade since today as u could see. Imo this must be ridiculous, thinking that we are the only (intelligent) living species out there in the whole fookin' galaxy 🌌 - so here i am, a proud weirdo, still waiting for my chance to spot an ufo by myself or being abduct3d by a heckin' flying saucer x) R. ♡

$🌇 Have u ever been a 𝓣𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓽 𝓲𝓷 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓻 𝓸𝔀𝓷 𝓬𝓲𝓽𝔂?! 📷 . . Yes? No? Not sure yet, but you wanna try? . Me, not directly, but i really think that this could be such a funny idea, i guess. For myself, i'm only doing this in a very small way by taking a lot of pics of my current place where i am when strolling around. This is giving me the chance to explore some well known places on a completely different level. The old town suddenly became really special for gathering good pictures or getting some new impressions of what's already been there for soo soo long without noticing it in detail cuz u're simply used to it. Whilst changing your own point of view, you also have the chance to spot some fantastic new places as well. Like a new café, the beautiful park nearby, a freshly opened store from a small business or even a new unique restaurant in your direct neighborhood. It's also a good recommendation to give your local museums a (re-)visit or doing a smol sightseeing tour on common attractions. As u could read, the possibilities r sheer endless to create yourself a full packed day .. yay! Yeah, even when u actually don't like where u live/are at the moment, maybe the new impressions r makin your current situation a bit softer &&' easier to endure. Finding a new café with delicious treats or a store with cute trinkets or plushies don't take away your d3pr3ssion or problems at all, but it'll give you a lil piece of hope &&' light, which could be a rly good deal, i guess .. at least you have a variety of 'mediocre' taken pics to share on your socials in the end. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ could be worse, huh?! - R. ♡ -xoxo- . . #photography #fotografie #urbanphotos #urbanphotography #citypictures #buildings #bridge #mannheim #neckarpromenade #pidgeons #takingawalk #outside #city #sunset #bluesky #exploringthecity #urbanlife #dailylife by @vanxbuntsichtbar$

$✨ 𝓦𝓱𝓪𝓽'𝓼 𝓰𝓸𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓸𝓷 𝓲𝓷𝓼𝓲𝓭𝓮 𝔂𝓸𝓾𝓻 𝓱𝓮𝓪𝓭 ?!🪽 . . That persisting feeling when your head is empty &&' full at the exact same time. I'm so frickin' exhausted, overwhelmed af, that's tiring to the bones. That pure exhaustion makes me unable to move or do things, even the things i loved the absolute most. Simultaneously i'm so bloody restless &&' my stoopid lil wobbly blob of flesh captured inside the wandering bone encasing aka brain also is overflown with all kinds of ideas, pictures &&' tons of songs which r playing as a wyld remix of a remix with a mashup in the background on different volume levels. Big yiiikes. Sometimes i beg for my wobbly blob being silent or giving me the chance to function properly. Hello, executive dysfunction. Yes, i tried so many things finding a solution to fix it. As u can already read this .. it didn't work - surprise, surprise! It's so so fookin' hard to accept yourself with that 'flaw' when your brain is differently wired, cuz u're born with another operating system than everyone else. Rly i'm givin my absolutely best. Since i learned that i'm a neurodivergent being, i'm more forgiving &&' have more understanding for myself. It's often pretty hard, but i think the path is getting a lil easier everytime i'm taking a walk on it sometimes, again &&' again. Nothing which is built inside your core for decades can't be remodeled within a blink of an eye. Simple facts. Healing is not linear, it's often more like a curvy pathway, with many steep slopes &&' sometimes there is a playground nearby where u could relax for a lil while. Never give up - u can do this! When u're not able to rn, it's okay, i'll be here &&' do it for you instead. ♡ . . When i took this picture, this scenery instantly reminded me of a few anime movies i absolutely love. Do you know &&' like anime?! Do you also know the beautiful movies "Your Name - Kimi no Na wa", "Weathering with you - Tenki no Ko" or "Suzume - Suzume no Tojimari"?! Even when you're not a huge anime anthusiast as me or watch animes in general, i definitely can recommend you this movies with all my heart! They have so sweet &&' wholesome storylines, characters, character development &&' the colorful, precisely drawn artwork of those movies is really made to be carried away in another, beautiful, astonishing world far away from here, for just a little while. Another important part for creating that entire breathtaking atmosphere in this movies, is the impressive soundtrack they have! Oh boiii! Whilst editing, my mind was sweetly occupied with that fantastic soundtrack, which is definitely a true masterpiece, from that absolutely remarkable japanese band RADWIMPS. The songs r filled with a potpourri full of pure emotions. Don't put your tissues to far away. Trust me! ♡

putting this information from the first part aside, this place was absolutely designed very beautiful &&' appealing, also very authentical if you would ask me. I absolutely appreciated all the tiny details, the statues, the lake with the koi fish in it, the artifical waterfall, the Zen Garden, that beautiful bridges, the tea house &&' the food shop. It truly was worth a visit. If you want, you could spend some fantastic hours here, relax &&' let your thoughts wander. 🌱

Do you know that the red wooden gates in Japan are called Torii 鳥居, [to.ɾi.i]?! They're a part of traditional culture &&' mark the boundary between the sacred and mundane. Usually they were very common at Shinto shrines. If you walk through a Torii, you never should walk directly in the middle. Go either left or go on the right side, because culture says, that the part straight in the middle is reserved only for the gods &&' goddess. Also there exist so many variations of Torii in Japan, it is very interesting to take a close look &&' read about it, if you're also as interested in different cultures as me. This is only a short summary &&' goes way deeper than i could ever explain. ⛩️

It was at the end of April, when i went to this beautiful Japanese Garden in Kaiserslautern. First, i thought that this park was a little outside &&' a bit away from the city, but when we arrived, we saw that it was based directly in the city, on a little, but very steep hill. My apprehension was, that the background noise from the road &&' the city must be very intense there, but against my expectations, it really was very quiet &&' calm there. One thing that caught my attention was, that this place wasn't very inclusive at all. There were tooo many obstacles &&' barriers for someone in a wheelchair, with mobility aids or with a child carriage. So many stairs, small pathways &&' very very steep slopes. I think, this is very important to look at, if you want to plan your visit there. Because your trip shouldn't be a huge disappointment if you wanna have a nice day in my opinion. The tickets were kinda expensive, but the whole area was kept very clean &&' was very well cared for.
On the entrance there was a gift shop where you could buy some various sorts of tea, books about Japan &&' Japanese culture, some snacks, plushies &&' small trinkets. Also i saw a poster about an event for cosplayers which is based there. Yes, this place is picture perfect for authentic cosplay shots. So don't miss the dates of this events.

What do you feel, when you look at this picture very closely?!
Can you feel the warm summerbreeze, which is gently flowing through the air, too?!
Do you also think, that the clouds who passing by look picture perfect in this deep blue sky?! Did you notice, that the soft winds r letting the fields of grain move like an ocean? When the grain is acting like tiny waves &&' that special smell of a long late summer day is around?! Fantastic, isn't it?!
As i was standing there, lost in my thoughts, it took me quite a while, gettin' back on the ground again, cuz that view was truly made for gettin' completely dragged away in daydreams.
Another thing i did, was, spreadin' my arms as wide as i could when a gentle breeze came up .. it really felt like flying for a moment. Oh booii, i felt so pure, free, weightless &&' present in this wink of a second. Absolutely stunning. ♡ 🌾🌼🌤️

Chrysanthemum is a large genus in the Asteraceae (daisy) family. of which there are thousands of cultivars. The name "chrysanthemum" is derived from ancient Greek for the words gold &&' flower. Also they shortly be called "mums". This sounds really cute, if you ask me.
Did you also notice the almost perfect symmetrical shape of this flowers?! Really soothing for my perfection seeking eyes &&' mind. So calming. The vibrant colors even do their thing. Very impressive! Their color range is covered from red-orange ones, to pinkish ones &&' also kinda white-yellow ones. Truly beautiful. Mums also play a role in natural healing methods as a herb. They were very commonly used in the TCM (traditional chinese medicine). Some ointments even have Chrysanthemum extracts as an ingredient in their formula. Very incredible.

🌱 Have you ever looked closely on raindrops when they are on plants or leaves? This is so magical. All that glittery, sparkly &&' shiny reflections you can spot. So amazing, oh booii! What also is very outstanding, is, when a droplet is curved perfectly, it could also act as a magnifying glass. Then you're able to see all the vessels &&' tiny veins very precisely. Pretty interesting, isn't it?!
Rain is so absolutely beautiful sometimes. Especially in summer. Me, for myself, i totally love the gorgeous aroma of a short sweet summer rainshower. When the air was very hot for a long period of time &&' rainwater meets the warm pavement. That unique smell is so pleasing. This phenomenon is called: petrichor [ˈpet.rɪ.kɔːr]. 🌱

🔮 sometimes, i'm getting a ℓittℓe ℓost in my own daydreams. ♡ ✨

The colors are perfectly for getting totally distracted. I'm not into roses so much, but those were so beautiful, i couldn't mind not taking a photo of them. What made them so perfect, was the fact, that they were almost withered. So bittersweet &&' stunning, like a sweet kiss of transience. Oh my, i'm so melancholic sometimes, but i like this part of me. Nevertheless they still smelled so delightful.
.
.
Since i was a child, daydreaming did play such a huge role in my life. Idk, dissasociating started very early. But in my daydreams i always could be myself when the outside world didn't allow me to. Also, replaying several scenarios in my head, over &&' over again, helped me in different situations from time to time. Because, if i could imagine it, i could do it! A vast percentage of my creativity is driven by my excessive daydreaming, as well. There's so much i profit from, when my mind is high in the clouds once in a while. So, where is my mind again?! I think, i'm already lost rn. Idk &&' idc, but i really adore the view here, wishing, you could see it, to. It is such a magnificent place here, so peaceful &&' colorful, you would love it also, i guess. Goosh, sharing short videos or pictures from the inside world would be so awesome .. :)

Yeah, life can be really overwhelming somehow sometimes. When everything is tooo much &&' all you wanna do is scream, hide &&' cry. This is okay. Don't push away this feelings - feel them. Let them in. This is so important for processing them &&' understanding yourself better. Only when we allow ourselfs to feel deeply, we are able to look closely what's beneath all this &&' we can work with it or acknowledge what we really need.
Sometimes it is isolation &&' ugly crying, sometimes it is a person who is really there for us &&' listens, sometimes it is a huge bowl of ice cream or a long walk in the park with our fave music on or something completely different. This is all okay &&' valid, so are you! Please, always try to reach out, when u feel the need for it. Stop thinking that u're "too much" or a burden. No, you're not! Not with the right people around you. Distance yourself from anyone who is makin' u feel like this! U're such a wonderful being &&' i'm glad, that u're here ❥
