Coach A.P. Alston - The Wellness Widow

🌱Sis, you’ve been planted not buried, so it’s meant for you to grow and thrive!

We must understand that while there may be some areas still germinating; in tandem there may also be some areas in full bloom...

So, continue to be patient with yourself and give yourself grace in those areas where you need it most.

I’m proud of you! I’m proud of me… I’m proud of us!

Let’s be honest 2024 and prior years could have taken us out… But God! We could have given up, instead we’ve continued to show up with God’s glory being revealed!

🙌🏾 You deserve to be the best version of yourself with no apologies in 2025 and beyond!

I’m accepting new clients so if you’re looking for a Wellness Practitioner and Holistic Life Coach with experience, education, expertise and empathy, I’m here to support your journey!

And remember... continue to manifest the love you desire, the joy you cherish and the peace you deserve; it starts first from within 🙌🏾.

With Health, Healing & Harmony,
💕Coach AP ~
