🙌🏾 God is so Ah-mazimg! Thank you Lord! 🙌🏾 📚 My best selling book is here! And your copies are on the way! Won’t He do it! 🥹 Simply grateful for this opportunity to write with some phenomenal women as we share moments of our life journeys with the world. 💬 DM me or check the link in my bio to order! It’s gon’ bless ya real good! 🗣️ Shout out to my awesome Co- authors and Visionary author! You Ladies are a true blessing to the universe and I’m honored to share this platform with each of you. @pippy225 @carmencomedy @flo2litt @myychariamour @itsmayadionne @thebouncebackwidow 🥰 Lastly, I simply want to leave words of encouragement for anyone who may be questioning if God hears your prayers or if He is still with you… 🙏🏽 Trust that He will NEVER leave or forsake you. Listen, I’ve been there… questioning… wondering… wishing… hoping… praying… fasting… waiting… and that’s a tough space to be in, when your faith is being tested… 🙌🏾 But one thing that helped me through and IS STILL helping me through is knowing that His word won’t fail and it won’t come back to Him void… 🙏🏽 Meaning that if He said it, it WILL happen! If you’ve trusted Him to do a work in you it will come to pass! He’s faithful to complete what He’s started AND promised in you! 👏🏽 After you’ve done all you can just stand and remember that You are God’s Masterpiece, He who began a good work is faithful to complete it. 💪🏽 Keep trusting and be encouraged Fam. 💕Coach AP ~ The 🦋ellness 🦋idow #bestsellingauthor #readytolove #readytolovedmv #readytolovepotomac #ownnetwork #holisticlifecoach #wellnesscoach #lifecoach #womenswellness #wellness #womenshealing #womensempowerment #fitmoms #widow #fitwidow #wellnesswidow #womenhelpingwomen #widowstrong #fitover40 #shebelievedshecouldsoshedid #mentalhealthmatters #fitover40 #faith #blessedisshewhobelieved #shewillnotfail #Luke1:45 #Psalm46:5 #Jeremiah29:11 #Psalm139:14 @mayweatherfitbowiemd @ubu_wellness_oasis by @coachap_wellness

🌸 Our BCA Empowerment Event was exactly what it needed to be. We were encouraged, enlightened and engaged… And I’m simply grateful 🙌🏾 🌸 A HUGE thank you to my beautiful sista from another mista Michelle for sharing her journey of early detection and message of hope… As well as representing the awesome 2 for 2 Boobs organization Founded by the amazing Tallulah A! @2for2boobs 🌸 And to all of the darling Residents that attended, thank you so much for your support and willingness to take part, your presence is honored and cherished. 🌸 May God continue to bless you and keep you always. 💕 Coach A.P. by @coachap_wellness
🌸 To every woman who’s been through this fight… we see you and are so proud of your beautiful bravery! 🌸 To every woman who’s lost her battle we honor and remember you, your fight was not in vain! 🌸 To every caregiver and family member who has lost their loved ones to this horrible disease, you are not alone. 🌸 May love, light, strength, peace, positivity and power be your portion today and always. 💕 Coach A.P. by @coachap_wellness
🙌🏾 Never forget who you are and whose you are… I purchased this shirt (2nd pic) after the passing of 4 significantly important people in my life (husband, mom, dad, brother)… 🙌🏾 They all transitioned within a 7 year timespan, so needless to say I needed every ounce of motivation and encouragement I could get to keep me afloat… 🙌🏾 Fast forward to current day (1st pic)… a few pounds heavier (thanks Aunty Menopause 🙄) with faded hard to read script on the front of that same shirt… Yet still remembering Psalm 139:13-14 and Jeremiah 29:11… 🙌🏾 Moral of the story… Your purpose isn’t predicated upon your present pain or your past circumstances, rather God’s promise(s) over your life… 🙌🏾 And even though things might look a bit faded, unrecognizable and hard to decipher (sometimes more often than not, cause life “be lifeing” real bad); keep trusting God’s plans and provisions anyway! 🙌🏾 He will NEVER fail you, NEVER leave or forsake you! So, never give up on God, cause He’ll never give up on you. Love yall to life! 💕Coach AP by @coachap_wellness
💕What a beautifully powerful 2 for 2 Boobs Empowerment Event! Line dancing, Vendors, Guest Speakers, a wealth of BCA information, and a room full of brave, beautiful, brilliant women; many of which were Breast Cancer Survivors. 🙌🏾 As a Wellness Practitioner and someone who has lost a sister to Breast Cancer and husband to Thymic Carcinoma, I was simply honored to share some encouraging words, wellness and nutrition tips as well as get the crowd moving with a few fitness moves (not captured). 💞 It was truly a blessing to be in the building! My heart is full, inspired and simply grateful 🥹. Thank you amazing Tallulah for having me @2for2boobs. Continued blessings 100 fold! 🙏🏽 by @coachap_wellness
🤗 A HUGE THANK YOU to Ms. T. I look forward to partnering together soon. by @coachap_wellness
