If you watched my last post and thought okay but what do you actually DO in those two hours, this is for you.

(This only works when you have previously used the revision method)

Here is the exact clock:

1️⃣ First 5 minutes, write down the one thing you are
doing.

Nothing else. No tidying, no playlist. Just the single sentence of what you’re gonna work on.

2️⃣ Minutes 5 to 30, hardest topic, notes closed.

Your best energy is right at the start, so it goes to the thing you understand least.

3️⃣ 5 minute break away from the desk.

Stand up, walk, water. Staying in the chair means you never actually rest. Active recall what you just studied.

4️⃣ Minutes 35 to 60, second block, same rules.

Same subject if you are in flow, switch if you are stuck.

5️⃣ 5 Last 10 minutes, close everything and write what you remember.

To remember what you studied longer.

→ Save this and try it on your next session.

Ladakh to get better roads and Leh airport to become bigger!

Great news for culture, commerce and connectivity.

Ancient stones. And a prayer for a better future.

My fifth visit to the Western Wall, and it still stops me in my tracks. A surviving retaining wall of the Second Temple complex, carrying more than 2,000 years of history, and a Jewish connection to Jerusalem that reaches back even further.

Jerusalem is sacred to Jews, Christians and Muslims. That should inspire respect for one another.

Religious or not, there’s something here I wish everyone could experience. And getting to see it from this perspective was a privilege I don’t take lightly.

Before we let a headline or a comment section teach us to hate an entire people, let’s learn their history. Listen to their stories. And, if we have the opportunity, visit and meet them.

You can care deeply about Israelis and Palestinians. You can stand against antisemitism and stand for Palestinian dignity and safety. None of those things should be in conflict.

Most of what I prayed for will stay between me and God. But I’ll share this: I prayed for peace for Israelis and Palestinians, for Jews around the world, and for everyone living with fear.

May we all do more than pray for it. May we help make it possible.
