Walking and yoga are great for your health, but are they enough to keep your bones strong after 40? 🦴 Osteoporosis can silently weaken your bones without obvious symptoms until a fracture occurs. For women over 40, especially after menopause, strength training is an important part of maintaining bone health, muscle strength, balance, and independence. You don’t need to start by lifting heavy weights. Begin with bodyweight squats, hip hinges, and light push, pull, and carry exercises. Gradually progress with proper guidance and exercises suited to your ability. If you want your parents to start strength training safely, comment “PARENTS” and I’ll send you my beginner-friendly strength training guide for adults aged 40+. Let’s help our parents stay stronger, healthier, and independent for longer. ❤️ [Osteoporosis Prevention, Bone Health After 40, Strength Training for Women, Osteoporosis in Women, Exercises for Strong Bones, Bone Density, Postmenopausal Bone Health, Senior Citizen Fitness, Fall Prevention Exercises, Strength Training for Seniors, Physiotherapy, One Rehab Physiotherapy, Thane, Mumbai]
Happy Birthday legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan share a warm, respectful family relationship as father-in-law and daughter-in-law, which is also backed by decades of iconic professional collaboration in Bollywood. Their bond transitioned from being acclaimed co-stars to family members when Aishwarya married Amitabh's son, Abhishek Bachchan. 🏡 The Familial Bond Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan have both expressed that Aishwarya holds the place of a daughter in their household. Following her marriage, Amitabh remarked that it felt like one daughter had left and another had arrived, while Jaya noted that Aishwarya helped fill the void left by Shweta's departure. Despite periodic media rumors, the two maintain a dignified public relationship, sharing mutual birthday wishes and professional praise. Amitabh Bachchan celebrates his birthday today, October 11. Born on 11 October 1942 in Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad), the iconic Bollywood megastar turns 84 years old today. Affectionately known as "Big B" or the "Shahenshah of Indian Cinema", his extraordinary career spans over five decades, starring in more than 200 films and hosting the widely popular television game show Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC). To mark this special occasion, crowds of enthusiastic fans have gathered outside his legendary Mumbai residence, Jalsa, where he traditionally steps out to express his gratitude.
