Comment "HABITS" I will share our "Art of Habits Guide (free)" with you. You don’t have a knowledge problem. You have an execution problem. That’s why you learn everything… and change nothing. Reading books, watching podcasts, taking notes… None of it builds habits. Here’s the simple loop that actually turns knowledge into behavior. 1. Information alone doesn’t change behavior Learning creates a dopamine hit, not real change. 2. Your brain trusts patterns, not ideas Old habits have years of proof. New habits have none. 3. The real habit loop is simple Information → Action → Feedback → Adjustment → Repetition 4. One action creates the first signal Thinking doesn’t count. Doing once starts the rewiring. 5. Repetition builds belief 1 time = noise 10 times = weak signal 30 times = pattern detected 6. Learning feels good, change feels uncomfortable That’s why most people stay stuck consuming. 7. Execution is the only thing that rewires your brain Action creates evidence. Evidence creates new habits. Pick ONE habit you’ve been thinking about. Do it today. Not perfectly. Just once. That’s how change starts. Comment "HABITS" I will share our "Art of Habits Guide (free)" with you. Your next tuna melt could use a little more crunch 🐟 @amal.wakim’s Rice Paper Tuna Melt trades bread for rice paper for a crispy shell around the cheesy filling. Comment ‘RECIPE’ to have the details sent to your DMs and keep tagging #feedfeed for a chance to be featured. INGREDIENTS: 1 (5-ounce) can light tuna, drained 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise 1 to 2 teaspoons sriracha, plus more to taste 4 round rice paper wrappers Nonstick cooking spray 1/3 cup shredded reduced-fat cheese, such as mozzarella or cheddar 1 to 2 tablespoons sliced pickled jalapeños 1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds RECIPE: 1. Preheat a sandwich press and generously coat both cooking plates with nonstick cooking spray. 2. In a small bowl, mix the drained tuna with the mayonnaise and sriracha. 3. Trim the rounded edges from the rice paper wrappers to create squares that fit inside the sandwich press. 4. Briefly dip 2 rice paper wrappers in water, one at a time, just until pliable. Stack them directly on the bottom plate of the sandwich press. 5. Spoon the tuna mixture into the center of the rice paper, leaving a border around the edges. Top with the shredded cheese and jalapeño slices. 6. Briefly dip the remaining 2 rice paper wrappers in water. Stack them over the filling, then gently press the edges of the top and bottom wrappers together to enclose it. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds. 7. Close the sandwich press and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the rice paper is deeply golden, crisp, and releases easily from the cooking plates. 8. Carefully transfer the tuna melt to a plate. Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes before slicing and serving. https://thefeedfeed.com/amal.wakim/crispy-spicy-tuna-melt tuna melt, rice paper recipes, lunch ideas, easy recipes
