The countdown to the New York City Marathon is on: 2 weeks today!!! This is the workout I did on Friday and it had the potential to either REALLY humble me, or add some much needed confidence to the back pocket as we wait out the rest of the taper. I’m so pleased I gave it some welly in those last few reps and came out the other side feeling proud of the work I’d done. Next time you meet your doubts mid-workout or mid-race, remember that confidence follows action, be a little bit brave and see what happens 🥹 p.s. would not recommend trying this session it’s truly an evil creation sent to make you question everything Workout fit: Flow Y Bra & Textured Mesh High-Rise Shorts @lululemon 🩵

Batman turned up at a petrol station in South East London giving out free fuel, and it looks like half of London joined the queue 😳 Have you got your UB1UB2 discount card yet? Discounts at 180+ local spots for only £3 a month 👉 link in our bio Footage from the top deck of a 321 bus shows traffic backed up along Eltham Road in Lee Green, with cars waiting to get onto the Texaco forecourt. The price boards were set to 000.0 and the flags read “FREE FUEL” with the bat logo, while a man in a full Batman suit greeted drivers at the pumps. The Lee Manor Society says he was handing out £70 fuel vouchers, with one local resident putting the total at £3,500 or more. People online reckon it’s a YouTuber stunt, but nobody has confirmed who’s under the mask yet. Be honest, how long would you have queued for this? 👇 📍 Eltham Road, Lee Green 🎥 Via @dz.44mb and @aimz2023 on TikTok 📲 Got footage? Send it in at drop.ub1ub2card.com, anonymously or with credit.
