Growing up in Germany and now raising two boys in England, I’ve realised just how different our childhoods are! 🇩🇪🇬🇧

There are things I miss about my German childhood, things I absolutely love about raising our boys in Britain, and a few German traditions I’ve made sure to bring along with me ❤️

I’d love to know, did you grow up in the same country you’re raising your children in? And which childhood traditions would you never want to lose?

I think one of the loveliest things about life is that beauty has a way of finding us when we least expect it. 🌸

Sometimes it’s a place, sometimes it’s a person, and sometimes it’s simply a moment that makes you smile and reminds you how wonderful it is to be here, right now.

Sending a little colour and happiness your way today. What’s something that’s made your world feel a little brighter lately? 💚
