Ainsley, Lawrence, and Brian, we’re so sorry. Sincerely, the Fox & Friends team. P.S. Happy Halloween!
Tomorrow, just showing up is already a win. ❤️ I’ll be lining up against 14 of the best HYROX athletes in the world in Hamburg. The past few weeks haven’t been easy for me. Mentally, I’ve been dealing with a lot, and my mind hasn’t always been where it usually is when it comes to racing. There were moments when I wasn’t even sure I wanted to be at this starting line. But thanks to the people around me, especially my friends who encouraged me to make this trip anyway, I’m here. And I’m grateful for that. Because sometimes we forget what a privilege it is to do what we love, to compete at this level and to be part of something we’ve worked so hard for. Tomorrow, I’ll give it everything I have. But whatever the result, I’m already proud that I made it to where I am. Life will always put obstacles in our way. But they don’t have to make us smaller or take away our strength. Sometimes, all it takes is having the right people around us to help us find our way back to ourselves. 🫶🏼 Showing up takes more strength than people realise. ❤️‍🔥 . 📸: @hyroxworld
Children rarely become what you tell them to be, but they almost always become what they see. 🤍🙌 ⠀ Kindness, respect and humility aren’t things you can lecture into someone. They’re picked up quietly. In how you speak to a waiter, how you treat your elders, and how you act when nobody is watching. ⠀ That’s why the small moments matter so much. Someone raised around respect doesn’t have to think about it. It simply becomes who they are, and the whole world can feel it. ⠀ You don’t need to be a parent for this to apply to you. We all become a reflection of the people we spend the most time with, and the people around you are quietly picking up your habits too. Your friends, your family, the people you work beside. Every day, you’re showing them how to treat others, whether you mean to or not. ⠀ Respect is the one thing money can’t buy, and the one thing everyone can afford to give. ⠀ Be the example you’d want someone to follow, because someone already is. ⠀ Follow @Wealth to learn valuable advice every time you open Instagram. ⭐ ⠀ #Wealth #Respect #Kindness #Character #LifeLessons
I came into this sport wanting to build a better body. I leave it wanting to build a better life. Bodybuilding has taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of consistency. Lessons I will carry into every other part of my life. Whatever the outcome, I’ve already made peace with it. I’ve given this sport everything I could, and I’m grateful for everything it has taught me. ❤️☝️💪
