A very bittersweet kind of validation. ❤️‍🩹

For so long there’s always been that little voice saying, “but what if they don’t find anything?”

What if it really is just a bad period? What if I’m being dramatic? What if all of this pain has somehow been in my head?

And then to wake up and be told they found endometriosis. To finally have an answer. To know that I knew my body all along.

I don’t think I’ve quite processed what that means yet. There’s relief in finally being validated, but there’s also a lot to come to terms with knowing this is actually my reality.

So for now, I’m just taking it all in. Feeling a little overwhelmed, very emotional, but incredibly grateful to finally have some answers.

We’ll get there. One step at a time. 🤍

And if you’re still fighting for answers yourself, please keep advocating for your body. You know it better than anyone.

Some miles covered down to London and up to Boro for a coupe of Album shows.

Loved every minute.

A fitting warm up for the Arenas starting on Friday in Leeds.

Liverpool and Ally Pally completely sold out, but there are a handful of tickets for the others. It will be the last time we play those places for a while so what you waiting for?! Get ‘em at the link in bio

Come join us celebrate 20 years together. Let’s face it, it’s a fucking miracle.

Love as always for your support. I’ve not looked forward to a tour this much for a long time, maybe I’m getting sentimental in my old age.

See you down the front x
