Happy New Year sweet beans 🫘❤️🫛🌻 Lately I’ve been reflecting on resilience. On the lesson I keep relearning over and over again: that the grit required to be resilient can come from radical love and the courage to be soft. On the irony of how feeling pain can be a conduit to feeling peace. On how challenging, then rewarding it can be to hold duality with courageously curious hands. I hope 2025 is an appropriately challenging, curious, and resilient year for you ⭐️
