More posts

Sorry not sorry you know all about my uterus now 😂 but after sharing my fertility journey throughout the years, I wanted to share this new phase because it is so under talked about and so many of us are struggling to find answers! It’s taken me years to get here.

I need a full hysterectomy due to endo, ovarian cysts, and pelvic congestion syndrome. I’m trying to prolong it for a while since I have a 4 year old at home.

Here’s what I’m doing to try to reduce inflammation as much as possible (if you’re open to sharing, I’d love to hear your experience with any of this below! What’s helped, what hasn’t, we can create a big resource):

-micro dosing a GLP1. Micro dosing helps inflammation and 2 drs have highly recommended it to me to try to help my pain right now.
-zero refined sugars (I need to learn how to make my own protein bars any tips? Haha)
-eliminate all processed foods and eat only Whole Foods

I’m glad I started my health journey a year ago because it feels less overwhelming now.

Is sharing what I’m eating something you’d be interested in? I’m actually excited to explore new recipes! Let me know how much of this phase of my journey you want me to share 👇

And this is your sign to keep advocating for yourself ❤️ you deserve to feel good! Thanks for debriefing with me it’s my fav thing to do together.

Finals essentials on lock. @veronicaab22 and @athleta made sure of it. 🤞

Making memories with new friends in Washington DC🤙Thank you @rhapgrams and @ramble_hq for hosting this event along with @undergroundgamess 🔥

A lovely day shooting a @blancpain1735 story to accompany a celebration of pioneering ‘icons of possibility’ who inspire my own creative life. Even my hands had the full glam squad.

And despite appearances, I did smile on occasion…
