The first 4 seconds…
You need a plan that actually works for the body you have NOW. 💪🏼 That’s exactly why I created the Better Body Collective (BBC). It’s my membership designed to help women over 40 build strength, improve their fitness, and feel GOOD in their bodies without having to figure everything out on their own. Here’s what you get inside 👇🏼 ✨ NEW monthly programming for strength training, cardio, and functional fitness so you can build muscle, improve endurance, and stay strong for the long haul. ✨ Follow-along workout videos that tell you exactly what to do, so you can stop wasting time piecing together random workouts and hoping they work. ✨ Nutrition guidance to help you fuel your body, support your goals, and make sense of what to eat. ✨ Hormone health expert calls to help you better understand the changes happening in your body and get guidance from experts who understand women’s health. ✨ A plan, support, and variety to keep you consistent, progressing, and challenged without getting bored or burned out. Because here’s what I want you to know: You are NOT too old to build muscle, get stronger, improve your body composition, or feel more confident in your own skin. But you do need to train with intention, fuel your body well, and have a plan you can stick with. That’s what BBC is here for. ❤️ Comment BBC and I’ll send you the details so you can see if it’s the right fit for you!
A little effort can make a big difference. 🩷✨ The beautiful packaging you see is being lovingly handmade by their parents at Jagruti Palak Sanstha. 🌸 If you’d like to support them or purchase something handmade from them, we’re sharing their contact details below. You can reach out to them directly and be a part of their journey. 💗 Let’s spread a little more love, one small step at a time. 🪷♥️ @jagruti_2002 Jagrutipalaksanstha@gmail.com
