First of all THANK YOU JESUS! I made it to 30 🥳

I am blessed beyond measure, but it’s crazy the range of emotions you go through as you’re approaching your 30th year! First I dreaded it, thinking oh God I’m about to be an old hag 😂 then it shifted to regret, thinking of missed opportunities and moments, because let’s face it, you’ll never be this young again! Then I got to a point of feeling self doubt, thinking have I accomplished enough to confidently say I’m proud of me!

Going through these emotions were rough, but one thing I found solace in, was knowing I serve the GREATEST GOD, one who can give you peace beyond all understanding! Philippians 4:8 says “if anything is excellent or praiseworthy think about such things!” So thats exactly what I did, God has continually covered me and I couldn’t be more grateful!

My 20s were years of reconstruction, God chipping away at all those rough edges, to reveal something beautiful!

My 30s however, will be my years of refinement, allowing God to smooth out those corners to complete his masterpiece in me!
