When I first started my career in real estate, I set a goal of qualifying for the Placer County Association of Realtors Master’s Club (minimum number of transactions and total volume in a year). This year, I officially qualified.
I went back and forth on whether or not I should share this because a lot of Agents achieve this no problem every year. But…
For me, I started my career as a solo Agent and have never been on a team. I knew that this could mean a slower build, as I’ve worked hard to develop my brand and build from the ground up. More notably, I’ve also had 2 (almost 3!) babies in the last five years, breastfed both of them over a year, and have wanted (and still do) to be as present and involved as possible with them, especially during these early years.
I played competitive sports my whole life, and have always been very goal driven. My goal right now isn’t to do 100’s of transactions every year because I know that isn’t feasible with where I’m at in my life, and I’m totally okay with that. Motherhood changes things a lot 😊 I pride myself on being able to give a white glove, hands-on, level of service to my clients, while still being a present and involved mom to my babies ❤️ Obviously, none of this would be possible without the most incredible clients who have put their trust in me, so THANK YOU YOU from the bottom of my heart.
Moral of the story is, it’s okay to set goals as a mom and it’s okay to be proud when you achieve them ❤️ I’m so excited for 2025 and what’s in store!!
