I am beyond grateful to everyone who has put their trust in me. When someone hires me to help them buy or sell a home, I view it as an incredible responsibility and honor. These kind words are so much more than just words—they embody the trust that people have put in me during some of life’s biggest moments. I strive to give each of my clients a level of service that makes buying or selling, seamless, strategic, and intentional. A very sincere thank you to each of my clients who have allowed me to be a part of their real estate journey!   If you’re considering buying or selling in the Placer County or Sacramento areas and are looking for a similar experience, I’d love to help ✨    — @kayfontes Katie Fontes-Schermerhorn, Realtor Mom x3 serving buyers and sellers in & around Rocklin, Ca    Rocklin realtor | placer county realtor | Sacramento realtor | lincoln realtor | Roseville realtor by @kayfontes
Mila has been coming with me to work and tour houses since she was a baby. Now that she’s almost 5, she’s at the age where she’s starting to understand more of what I do and asking (lots of) questions. So when I tell you I almost fell down laughing when she started imitating me out of nowhere I almost lost it 😂 It was a great reminder that even when you don’t think your kids are watching, they are!🤍 — @kayfontes Katie Fontes-Schermerhorn, Realtor mama x3 and your go to gal for all things placer county, ca. When I first started my career in real estate, I set a goal of qualifying for the Placer County Association of Realtors Master’s Club (minimum number of transactions and total volume in a year). This year, I officially qualified. ⁣ ⁣ I went back and forth on whether or not I should share this because a lot of Agents achieve this no problem every year. But…⁣ ⁣ For me, I started my career as a solo Agent and have never been on a team. I knew that this could mean a slower build, as I’ve worked hard to develop my brand and build from the ground up. More notably, I’ve also had 2 (almost 3!) babies in the last five years, breastfed both of them over a year, and have wanted (and still do) to be as present and involved as possible with them, especially during these early years.⁣ ⁣ I played competitive sports my whole life, and have always been very goal driven. My goal right now isn’t to do 100’s of transactions every year because I know that isn’t feasible with where I’m at in my life, and I’m totally okay with that. Motherhood changes things a lot 😊 I pride myself on being able to give a white glove, hands-on, level of service to my clients, while still being a present and involved mom to my babies ❤️⁣ Obviously, none of this would be possible without the most incredible clients who have put their trust in me, so THANK YOU YOU from the bottom of my heart. ⁣ Moral of the story is, it’s okay to set goals as a mom and it’s okay to be proud when you achieve them ❤️ I’m so excited for 2025 and what’s in store!!⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #rocklinrealtor #placercountyrealtor #realtormom #sacramentorealtor #momlife by @kayfontes
My Italian Nonna is so special to us, Mila wanted to be just like her! I don’t take for granted that my 100 year old grandma was able to meet my daughter and first child. Nonna is my mom’s mom and I know this was just as special for her. I will forever cherish this memory!     Ps, this video was almost 5 years ago and my Nonna is now almost 105!!!     — hi I’m Katie, mom of 3 and Realtor in Placer County, Ca! This closing personally impacted my family and I 🥹🫶🏼    I had the pleasure of helping my aunt and uncle achieve their dream of buying a cabin in Lake Almanor to enjoy with their kids and grandkids for years to come. We got our offer accepted by negotiating $40,000 off the list price, while incentivizing the sellers with the ability to leave all of their furniture—sometimes the most attractive offer for a seller isn’t always purchase price!     My aunt and uncle worked extremely hard on a full renovation, and we were finally able to see their hard work all come together when we went to Lake Almanor to celebrate my cousin’s 40th birthday!     We have started a tradition the last few summers of doing a big family vacation in Lake Almanor, with my family and all our kids. Now, we’ll get to keep the tradition going at my aunt and uncle’s very own cabin 🫶🏼    This was a full circle moment and it really made me realize how grateful I am for my career. 🤍    — @kayfontes hi I’m Katie, Realtor mom x3 in my hometown of Rocklin, Ca!
