Don’t let them put our city in the toilet!! There’s still time to get involved and help elect Nithya Raman as the next mayor of Los Angeles. Sign up to volunteer at nithyaforthecity.com and help us build a city where Angelenos come first, not landlords like this guy!

Unilateral pulldown vs pull-ups ⚔️

Who you got⁉️

Pull-ups;
✅ Universally available
✅ Athletic/skill component
✅ full back engagement
❌ higher barrier to entry
❌ harder to isolate lagging areas
❌ can take over with biceps
❌ can use momentum

Unilateral pulldown
✅ load lats heavily
✅ split the body in half (improve leverage/angle)
✅ can use @torq.gear to reduce grip stress
✅ easy to progressively overload
✅ available in any gym

I’m going unilateral pulldown personally but both are great exercises.
