Oh don’t worry! I got you!🥂🙂‍↕️

One more time for you, Atlanta! It was great to be back in your city N’ rock out with you all night.

The theory begins with Meghan watching Diana’s funeral at 16. A friend has said M became fascinated with Diana afterward. Perhaps the image of William and Harry walking behind their mother’s coffin became part of a story M built around the royals—and around her own imagined connection to them.

But M was 16 and H was 12. It’s hard to believe she was romantically fixated on H then. William was the older, more celebrated prince. Maybe she felt protective of H while imagining William as the one she truly wanted. That’s speculation, of course—but it would help explain why Catherine became the focus of her resentment.

Perhaps M didn’t envy Catherine’s looks so much as her place: the woman who became William’s wife and the future queen. M may have felt she already understood Diana and the royal family, so Catherine’s reserve felt like a personal rejection—like being treated as an outsider when M believed she belonged.

The resentment goes back to 2011. After Catherine’s wedding, M published a piece that contrasted the princess she imagined herself becoming with the kind of royal bride she saw Catherine as. M hadn’t even met Catherine, yet the comparison was already there: Catherine supposedly conventional and undeserving; M strong, modern, and more fit for the role.

That’s how a seed of rivalry could have grown into something much uglier. Perhaps M initially imagined she could charm Catherine, become her closest ally, and claim equal standing within the family. But Catherine wasn’t a role to be won, and the royal line of succession wasn’t hers to rearrange. When the friendship didn’t happen—and when Catherine’s position remained untouchable—the fantasy collapsed.

The real grievance was never that Catherine was prettier or more popular. It was that Catherine already had the place M believed should have been hers.

The envy wasn’t about the crown as an object; it was about being made to accept that she would never outrank the woman who wore it.

Published in the 1950s, a vintage magazine advertisement tells the story of a 21-year-old Norwegian man searching for an older male companion between the ages of 40 and 55 in the United States. Introducing himself as Mr. D from Notodden, Norway, he described his blond hair, blue eyes, and love for music, theatre, and ballet. He also openly mentioned being a member of a homosexual organisation in Norway. 🇳🇴

Written in imperfect but heartfelt English, the advertisement offers a fascinating glimpse into a time when LGBTQ+ relationships faced significant discrimination and legal restrictions. His simple wish to find companionship across the Atlantic reflected both courage and a desire for connection in a world where openly expressing his identity was far more difficult. ❤️🏳️‍🌈

Enough out on every platform.

The truth? Changing the way, I ate and what I put in my body changed everything. If I haven’t shifted my nutrition to heal my metabolic health, I wouldn’t be in the place I am in today with any piece of my life.

PS - comment “DAY 7” and I’ll send you a free trial of my fave 7-day nutrition reset on @mindfull.so that helps reset my body and mind and focus back on whole foods.

I see how much emphasis women put on our 20s, but if you look at the passing time as an opportunity to get better at knowing yourself and what you want and what you’re capable of ….. your life continues to get better, not worse!

The 10 years I look back on would have passed either way. Without even knowing it, I looked down a road with two paths.

One where I took control into my own hands, advocated for myself and got to know my body and what I really needed.

The other aware I kept making excuses, chose to remain comfortable and not challenge the Norm and just accept that feeling like crap was an every day occurrence for me.

But what we don’t realize is that every single day we our faced with 1 million little moments of this exact same choice. At any age and any stage. That means today you have the choice to choose different.

Look if I had chosen the second, I wouldn’t have the business I have today…. not just because of my deep personal connection to helping women heal and feel seen and live a better life of food freedom… but because learning resilience and discipline have been the most important tools in my founder journey #makingmindfull.

And that’s true for my relationships as well. I wouldn’t have the relationship that I have today, feeling supported and loved and cheered for, because leaning to love myself is what allowed me to fully love another person.

And I don’t know what the next ten years has in store but I know that if I focus in on betting on myself, improving what I can bring to the table, building my life’s purpose and living in alignment it can only get better from here. #femalefounder

And in the VERY LEAST let’s all agree the fashion sense gets better over time 🤣 you can comment FALL FASHION for my recent looks at 35, can’t help you with the earlier ones
