Board of Advisors Prasasti, Hashim Djojohadikusumo, mengungkapkan rencana pemerintah membagikan telepon genggam (HP) dan rekening digital kepada masyarakat. Ini merupakan upaya pemerintah memperluas akses layanan keuangan secara digital. _ Hashim bahkan menyebut setiap warga akan diberikan HP yang dilengkapi rekening digital. Melalui sistem tersebut, dana bantuan pemerintah dapat langsung disalurkan ke rekening masing-masing penerima. _ "Setiap warga negara akan diberikan telepon genggam dengan rekening digital. Seluruh dana akan berada di sana dan dikirimkan ke rekening masing-masing," kata Hashim dalam Prasasti Indonesia Policy Forum 2026 di The Ritz-Carlton, Jakarta Selatan, Selasa (13/10/2026). _ Hashim menjelaskan digitalisasi tersebut bertujuan menjangkau aktivitas ekonomi informal yang selama ini belum sepenuhnya tercatat. Ke depannya bantuan pemerintah juga tidak lagi berbentuk tunai. _ "Semua bantuan dari pemerintah tak lagi berbentuk tunai, tapi dikirim oleh pak Juda (Wamenkeu Juda Agung) dan Kementerian Keuangan langsung ke masyarakat melalui ponsel mereka," terang Hashim. _ Hashim menambahkan, sekitar 30% penduduk Indonesia saat ini belum memiliki rekening bank. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah berencana menggandeng perbankan untuk membuka rekening secara gratis bagi masyarakat yang belum terjangkau layanan keuangan. _ "Menurut Bank Dunia, dan saya rasa pemerintah juga sepakat, sebanyak 30% penduduk kita tidak memiliki rekening bank. Mereka berada di luar sektor perbankan," ujar Hashim. _ Hashim mengungkapkan keputusan tersebut telah dibahas dalam rapat kabinet yang diikutinya. Sebanyak dua bank yang disebut mendapat tugas membuka rekening bagi masyarakat adalah Bank Syariah dan Bank Rakyat. _ "Saya menghadiri rapat kabinet yang memutuskan bahwa dua bank, Bank Syariah dan Bank Rakyat, diberi tugas untuk menyediakan rekening bank bagi 30% penduduk Indonesia yang belum memiliki rekening," tuturnya. _ Menurut Hashim, biaya pembukaan rekening sebesar Rp 50.000 akan digratiskan. Rekening ini akan diberikan bagi masyarakat berusia 17 tahun ke atas dengan status WNI dan memiliki e-KTP. (Detikcom)
