Ohhh the joys 🫠

After my last pregnancy, it took me around 2 years to feel like myself while exercising

Strengthening my pelvic floor was honestly the biggest part of getting there! AND it’s never too late to start strengthen it!!

Comment FLOOR and I’ll personally send you my Core Restore program on my app Sweat.

It has pelvic floor exercises built right in, and the link gives you 7 days free!

You can forward it to a friend who might also be in this period of life or tag them in this🤍

One thing about #SZA, she’s not letting the internet bully anybody! 🎈🎈

The singer took to Instagram to reveal she purchased a colorful #balloon sculpture after spotting a troll trashing the artist’s work in the comments. According to SZA, the commenter claimed the art was so bad that he’d match any purchase someone made. So, she decided to buy the most expensive piece available and tagged the hater, only for him to respond, “heyyy no fair ur rich.” SZA said she even purchased a smaller piece to support the artist further, adding that the critic, who apparently makes art himself, “didn’t get a sale that day.” She proudly showed off her new sculpture from @loonsba, reminding everyone, “Being a hater gets expensive ain’t it ? ❤️” (SWIPE➡️)

#TJBCrew, how y’all feeling about SZA’s response?

❀༉ 𝘞𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵? 🇯🇵

✧Tokyo, 1986. During his holiday in Japan with Jim Hutton, Freddie sat down with Midori Tsukagoshi for an interview with Music Life magazine, photographed by Koh Hasebe.

☁︎The papers he’s holding up in these photographs? His shopping list which, he explained with laughter, ran to nine or ten pages. ♡

✧In the shared English translation of the interview, Freddie described buying twenty to thirty hibachi, traditional charcoal heaters, prompting everyone to ask what exactly he intended to do with so many. His purchases also included artwork, kimonos, tansu chests, silver sake kettles and a silver teapot.

☁︎The accompanying shopping list gives an even fuller glimpse: lacquer candlesticks, Japanese chests, a Buddhist temple table, a sword stand, lacquer tables, and Cartier lighters and pens. There was plenty destined for Garden Lodge.

✧He also spoke about staying in a traditional Japanese inn in Kyoto for the first time, sleeping comfortably on a futon and bathing in a hinoki cypress-wood tub. Its resemblance to an enormous sake cup had inspired him to joke about pouring sake into it and, after being told it was good for the skin, he decided to try it. 🤭

☁︎Alongside those funny holiday recollections, the conversation turned to what mattered most to him. Freddie spoke about music being his life, his confidence in his work, and how he could still find happiness helping other musicians through his experience and ideas.

✧A shopping list several pages long, laughter over his purchases, and a few words about the music at the centre of his life, all part of the conversation behind these photographs.

📖 Interview: Midori Tsukagoshi for Music Life, 1986. Interview details paraphrased from the English translation shared by Freddie Mercury & Queen Daily; shopping-list details from the accompanying post.
