EF is a complete scam. Not knowing a single word of English, I was sold a product with the promise that I would learn from scratch in Manchester, but once there they only accept students who already know English. Beware of the so-called “host families”: houses more than an hour away from the school, with third-world conditions, real immigrant hostels in England. The food in the cafeteria is basically pasta, rice, and chicken every single day. I had to be the one, while in Manchester, to demand decent accommodation and meal vouchers because in Lisbon they “washed their hands of it” and proposed paying €1,000/month for a miserable room with a bathroom, without towels, sheets, toilet paper, with a single hanger, among other things. A terrible experience at every level. Students with little or more knowledge are all mixed together; it’s total disorganization. Riding on the English language, it’s a pretty package with a rotten apple inside. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

You asked me to email you, which I did. No response so far. This level of unprofessionalism and poor handling of students’ rights is unacceptable for an international academy. I expect a proper response and resolution.

I completed my course with your academy, and the device that had my certificate was lost. Your support refused to re-issue it because my subscription ended. This is unacceptable — a certificate I earned and paid for should always be accessible. I need to issue my certificate. What is the solution?

He pedido presupuesto para inglés y no he recibido un trato muy profesional. Interesados en el dinero y poco preocupados por la tranquilidad del cliente. Para mí, nada recomendable.

I think its better to put the official websites and what's app number in the page ! That people can trust more ! To submit applications! How can we know that people that we contact arent scam and real!?
