Apparently, the missing ingredient that makes a food healthy is @paulsaladinomd profit margin. 🙃

I’m just not sure how he can look at the camera with a straight face now 😅

Protein bars? “Fake healthy foods.”
Peanuts? “Not good for humans.”
Protein powder? “Why would you eat or drink a protein powder?”

Now he sells protein bars containing peanut butter AND a whey protein powder.

Of course, we’re supposed to believe HIS sourcing and processing make these products acceptable. But his earlier warnings weren’t simply “choose a reputable manufacturer.” They demonized entire categories of foods. The same double standard shows up in how he evaluates research.

He published a video titled “Why EPIDEMIOLOGY is GARBAGE!” Yet on the Joe Rogan Podcast, he cited observational associations involving cholesterol, infections, and cardiovascular disease to support his arguments. If you dismiss a type of evidence when it challenges your beliefs, then embrace it when it supports them, you’re applying your standards selectively.

Observational research has limitations. Those limitations don’t disappear because you like the findings. And after warning people about plant defense chemicals, he now eats vegetables, including asparagus.

Changing your mind is GOOD. Scientists SHOULD update their views. I’ve changed mine on several topics, and I’ve explained what I got wrong and why. But accountability requires more than announcing that your latest approach, or latest product, is superior. It requires addressing the earlier claims and explaining what evidence changed your position.

People who avoided foods because of your warnings deserve that explanation. You can enjoy protein bars, peanut butter, whey, and vegetables. You can also criticize specific products. Just apply the same standards to the products you sell and the ones you don’t.

Your financial interest should never determine your scientific standards.

This is love ❤️

David Addo-Wright, 24, was supposed to be coming home. Instead, his family received news that he had been killed inside Georgia’s DeKalb County Jail.

According to his family, David had been locked up for less than 48 hours following an altercation, and his bond had already been posted when he was attacked.

On September 23, deputies found him unresponsive inside a cell with multiple wounds. He later died at the hospital.
Five inmates have now been charged with murder, aggravated assault, tampering with evidence and other offenses.
The family’s attorney also alleges that broken cell locks, missed security checks and a delayed response may have contributed to his death. Investigators have not confirmed those allegations.

His family is demanding answers about how this could happen while he was in custody.

Never in a million years would I have thought this was possible. 🥹 Thank you to the city of Georgetown for this incredible honor of being handed the key to the city and everyone who made this possible! 💙

This is such a surreal feeling and I’m beyond grateful for the support my community as shown me! I would not be able to accomplish all these achievements if it wasn’t for my village! 💛💙
